New Program

The Ridgway YMCA is offering a new program geared towards our Seniors
"Silver Sneakers"
This program is sponsored by HIGHMARK BC/BS and all Seniors are invited to participate
in the classes.  This is FREE to all HIGHMARK BC/BS certain card holders.  Stop by the
front desk and see if your insurance card matches the ones offered through the program.
